Lake Baratz – Mount Doglia

Surrounded by lush vegetation, it covers more than a thousand hectares and is a paradise for bird watching, as well as for those who love to walk along the countless paths to discover the ecosystems and biodiversity of the lake. Close to the coast you can admire the forest of the Prigionette and the coves of Porto Ferro, very popular especially to naturists.
A few miles far stands the most important mountain system of the Nurra. More than four hundred meters high, Doglia Mount is the perfect spot to observe the whole coast which goes from Argentiera to Cape Marangiu. It can be reached both by bicycle and by car along the Arenosu road.
